Paper weight: 300gr, quality COLD PRESSED 100% CELLULOSE. Made from 100% virgin wood pulp, Aquafine watercolour paper is acid-free and buffered with calcium carbonate to prevent discolouration. The sheets contain no optical brighteners, the paper retains its integrity over time. Aquafine paper is designed primarily for watercolour painting beginners and students, as well as professional artists who prefer to work primarily with dry watercolour painting techniques. The 300gsm paper surface is quite hard, offering durability and the ability to modify the painting even after drying. The paper can be worked with masking fluid without damaging the surface.
